Vendor Details
We welcome all types of vendors related to the motorcycle, custom cars, 4X4 trucks and tattoo industries. From parts and service to specialty products and entertainers, we are always looking for new vendors to showcase at the show. Additionally, food and beverage vendors, as well as family event based vendors are welcome to submit an application to offer products and/or services at the show.
This year, we expect an attending crowd of 5000+!
Booths are 10' by 10' each and are available at a cost of $250 + HST ($100/additional booth), to be paid at the time of application, no later than June 27th, 2012 (30 days prior to the show). Water and Hydro are available for vendors, included in the booth fee. Please mark whether you need water/hydro when filling out the application.
If you require RV or Camper facilities on the evening of the show or the night before the event, please mark this in the appropriate spot on the application and it will be provided free of charge for vendors.
Keep in mind that we will be giving awards for the best booths at the show, so be sure to dress up your booth to win!
